Francesca Fucci

I grew up in a small coastal town in Puglia, Margherita di Savoia, where the sea and the land framed my childhood. My grandparents, who were farmers, instilled in me a deep love for authentic countryside products, and my father, passionate about fishing, passed on his love for the sea.

My fusion cuisine is an inspiring journey with a variety of styles, composed of nature, tradition, different cultures, rich experiences, and love.


I propose a fresh and honest cuisine based on locally sourced ingredients.

My dishes showcase fresh and natural ingredients, capturing authentic flavors, incorporating ancestral methods from Nordic countries, such as smoking and curing, and explores unique techniques and products from Asia to create a fusion of flavors and textures with a Responsible Approach.

La Rose des Vents is an association born out of the identified need on the ground to support exiled families in order to facilitate and encourage their integration in Geneva.

The socio-professional integration project enables exiled women to build a new life with dignity through training and work.


I collaborate here since 2 years:

  • Valuing the ancestral culinary expertise of exiled women.

  • Allowing exiled women to share their culture while training them for the demands of the professional world.

  • Offering the Geneva community original and high-quality world cuisine while contributing to ecological transition.

I love the concept of creating food from their containers; we collaborate together in crafting presentations that are more than just ceramics or just food.
